Cancellation Policy: We understand there are issues of life that keep us from completing our obligations. If we cancel the class and you can not make a new date we refund 100% of fees paid, If customer cancels less than 48 hour notice, we will withhold a 10% cancellation fee plus the cost of any workbooks we have provided to you that you have received.
No refunds will be made for classes that are provided online by the American Heart Association.
